Tenure Pins

When you work at W+K, you connect with a special culture—and you quickly realize the people are the heart of it. The agency wanted to recognize the connection and the journey.

I partnered with a design team to create this series of tenure pins. The messaging I developed for each pin nodded to the culture and acknowledged the deep dedication of each employee—from the first day to 20 years down the line. It was a joy to see this recognition effort come to fruition.
